A clear, well-lit photo where faces are visible. Phone photos are perfect — higher resolution is better, and our team reviews every order before print.
Do I really see the artwork before paying?
Always. You upload, you preview, you tweak the caption — payment happens only after you love it.
Will we actually look like ourselves?
That's our first rule. Faces, hair, skin tones and even small details like tattoos and accessories stay recognizably you.
How long does delivery take?
Production takes 2–4 business days, then 3–7 days in the US and 4–9 in Europe & UK. Tracking is emailed the moment it ships.
Can I return it?
Personalized art can't be returned for change of mind — that's exactly why you approve the preview first. Damaged or flawed prints are reprinted free.
